Do you charge for estimates, and do I need to put a deposit down for my project?
Answer:
Estimates are provided free of charge, except in cases where expedited project timelines are requested. To secure your project, a deposit is required based on material costs, with the remaining balance due upon completion. This policy ensures mutual commitment and allows us to deliver the highest quality results.

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, Zelle, checks, cash, and major credit cards (please note that a processing fee applies to credit card transactions)

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Answer:
We do not offer refunds on materials or labor, as we take great pride in the quality of our work and stand behind all of our services. However, if any issues arise or adjustments are needed, we are committed to addressing them promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

If you need to reschedule your project, we kindly request at least one week’s notice to help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with your situation. Contracts may be canceled within 48 hours of signing without penalty; after that period, a cancellation fee will apply.
